Hands down, Rob Jacques is one of the most down to earth, AWESOMEST dudes you will ever meet. I am proud to call Rob, not only a friend, but also a mentor, both on and off the water, just like the rest of the crew at The Boarding School. Rob is one of those guys that just gives off a positive vibe that makes you glad to be alive and on the water.
For those of you who may have been living under a rock for the last few years, or refuse to embrace the bros over at Slingshot and what they are doing, here is what Rob, in his own words, wants you to know about the Slingshot Sports Reflex, his signature model, another one of the "Sickest Boards Ever" for 2010. Now go out and get one from somewhere and start slaying the rails at your local cable park.

Warm Weather is Upon US!!
That is right folks, warm weather is comming! If you have not been watching the weather, or been outside for that matter, then you need to crawl out from under the rock you're under and check it. Temps are hitting the 50's, and predictions of it being in the low to uper 40's at night mean only one thing...... It is about time to SHRED. Dust off your board, dig out your wetsuit, and lets get ready. Spring riding is upon us people. I'm most likely a little too excited, because the water is still COLD. I bet we will be shredding before the month is over. Look for updates, pictures, and video of the wakeboardSTL crew braving the cool water soon! You might need a hype man to get cha all UHHNNNN!

July 9 - 11, 2010, Liquid Force will be bringing the 2010 Edition of BROSTOCK to our own backyard. Get your boats ready, chics in the gym and your coolers packed, we're headed to Bull Shoals Lake for BROSTOCK BITCHES!!!!! More details as the become available, stay tuned.

This is something that has been bothering me most of the evening so I figured I would take a few minutes to write about it. This is soley my opinion and is not intended to offend anyone in any way shape or form. People are free to form their own opinions and wear what they want while riding.

Come join us for 2 and 1/2 days of fun in the sun (we hope) and get your f$%#&n shred on. Rain, snow or shine, we are doing this sh!t, so get ready now for April 9 - 11, 2010.

The Sickest Board Ever – FORIZZEALLL!!!!!
The 2010 Slingshot Response received the 2010 wakeboardSTL GOOD SH!T award earlier this year for simply being, the "Sickest Board Ever". Now when Fall sets in and it gets too cold to fullsuit it, dust of your SBE and hit the POW!POW!

KCW Snow Shred!!
Mike Olson from KCW opened up the cable park for some snowboard shred festing!! As far as I know, this is the first time this has EVER been done in the United States!! A handful of us lucky players (including some wakeboardstl members) had the unique opportunity to strap on our snowboards and hit all the rails that were frozen in the park. Keep an eye out there in the mag's and all the sites for more details and photos!! And if you have not made it out to KCW yet, get off ur a** and come check out what your missing this Spring/Summer!!
